The final days in 2014 before Dr. Minto closed his Women's Health practice of 30+ years in the Rio Grande Valley, TX. After its closure there were no resources for women in the valley seeking abortion care or miscarriage management until Whole Women's Health won their legal battle on behalf of women state and nationwide.
